About

Our next weekly F&B conversation’s theme will be SPIRITUALITY & HEALING

We will meet (appropriately ;)) in the flesh, this time at the appropriately-named House of Transformation in Haggerston - next Tuesday 25th May, 7-9pm, & onwards if desired.

We begin with a round of sharing and introductions, before delving in a little deeper & discussing our thoughts and feelings around the topic.

- How spiritual are you?

- What if any has been your recent spiritual journey?

- How much does healing feature in your life?

- And how much would you like it to?

- How might spirituality & healing feature in the events we offer at Fox&Badge?

- How compatible are healing ambitions with our larger events? -What range of spiritual explorations work within a pageant of music & dance?

- Would you like us to offer smaller events devoted to spirituality & healing?

- What techniques do you have to achieve transcendence?

- Could our nights offer avenues for transcendence?

This & our last other future meetup will be in actual physical spaces.

Everyone is invited to bring yummy finger food & drink to share, alongside their ideas and feelings.

That’s it! We only have ONE remaining weekly conversation after this - the biggie: Mon 31st May: PSYCHEDELICS + CONSCIOUSNESS  We can’t wait to delve into this with you on Tuesday!

XXX F&B

“Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.” (Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati)

“I have lived with several Zen masters -- all of them cats.” (Eckhart Tolle)

“Religion is for people who're afraid of going to hell. Spirituality is for those who've already been there.” (Vine Deloria Jr.)

“My religion consists of a humble admiration of the illimitable superior spirit who reveals himself in the slight details we are able to perceive with our frail and feeble mind.” (Albert Einstein)

“One thing: you have to walk, and create the way by your walking; you will not find a ready-made path…  It is just like the sky: the birds fly, but they don't leave any footprints. You cannot follow them; there are no footprints left behind.” (Osho)
