“We booked the House of Transformation for our quarterly offsite with the venue needing to align with our company values and BCorp certification. The venue was perfect for a group of over 20 with plenty of natural light, plants and all the amenities we needed to ensure the day was a success. A hidden gem in Haggerston. Would highly recommend!”

"A brilliant space to gather our team from across the country. We had so much fun together and bonded as a team, whilst also getting some important strategic work done. Great value for money."

GALLERY

About the space
Our design brief was to create a space that was not only flexible but also sustainable and memorable. We left behind our preconceptions of what an office should look like and began to imagine a multi-use space that would transform from a greenhouse sanctuary during the day into an immersive theatre in the night.

Every component that we bring into the space is designed to be locally made, reused or recycled. Our vision is for the space to become a showroom for a more sustainable, affordable and multi-use approach to interior design and commercial asset management.

We are working with U-Build (CNC construction specialists) and First Call (event & theatre production) to design and renovate our space. U-Build aims to transform the way people think about buildings and the way they are built, by simplifying the construction process and enabling anyone to participate. First Call is a project management firm with access to over 200 skilled craftsman. Their experience working to tight deadlines in the events industry will be invaluable as we look to team up with landlords and property investors to open future coliving and multi-use commercial HoT spaces.

HoT Kingsland is a space for experimentation designed to explore the future of how we live, work and play together. We will be bringing together organisations working at the intersection of real estate, impact investment and sustainability to unlock new spaces and business ventures.
