DREAMSEED ART & MEDITATION SESSION

Join us this Saturday 24th of April for a workshop designed as a space of contemplation, creativity and healing

After years of working one on one with clients and delivering workshops worldwide I have brought together the best tools and practices in order to support your journey using meditation techniques, visualisations, music and art.

As a group we will learn about how to use meditation and art to explore the various brain states available to us to awaken more of our creativity, health and potential. It is both a lesson in the science of our brain and an experience to embody the learnings through art and contemplation.

I am excited to connect everyone in my community in this way as I know you will enjoy sharing this journey together. The workshop will also contain a new creative and healing tool that you can use in your day to day to boost health and wellbeing.

The class will unfold in the following order: firstly an introduction to the session and the science behind the approach, then we will do a dreamed meditation followed by a drawing session and a sharing circle.

Sessions are designed for any skill level so no experience in meditation or drawing is required, just an open mind. Do bring a piece of paper and something to draw with, can be pencil, pen or a combination of tools.

TIME: 11am - 1pm
